Frank's Famous Stromboli's, Pizza More

I hate writing bad reviews but service was bad. I ordered a large original Stromboli. For a pick-up order it took an hour and 45 mins. I was told an hour when I ordered. It was under cooked. The dough was raw, the cheese wasn't even melted and it was missing the sausage. I would not recommend if service is like this.

My fiancé and I were very excited to try this place but we were extremely disappointed. Our entire order was messed up. We got fries instead of ravioli and our stromboli was cold and sooo bland. It was just a not very good experience. Not only that, but we couldn’t get ahold of the restaurant to let them know and get our money back! So so sad and still hungry!!! :

Wow! All the other pizzerias better watch out because the true kings and queens of pizza have claimed their throne. This is hands down the best pizza I’ve ever had. My friend and I ordered a large Stromboli and some mozzarella sticks, and we barely made a dent in it—we were completely stuffed! The crust is incredibly buttery, and they don’t hold back on the toppings. Plus, they have their own marinara sauce, which is just divine. Honestly, I could die happy after eating their food. I highly recommend the Stromboli and the fries. You definitely won't leave hungry at this place. The food is fantastic, and the staff is super friendly!

We absolutely love Frank's! This hidden gem is a true blessing for our community. The pizza is made fresh and is to die for! Every time my family orders a meal, the service is consistently exceptional, just like the food. The boneless wings are delicious, and the fries are yum! Even my picky toddler eats every single bite from this restaurant. Do yourself a favor and place an order!

First, I want to say that this place has a good meal. I've never been disappointed with how the food was cooked or tasted or how nice the staff is. Unfortunately, this is where the good things stop over this place. You never have, in the 8 or 10 times I was there in the last 3 or 4 months, got my order correctly on the first attempt. I had to come in again and again or call her to fix a mess. To their credit they usually try to make it right, either by refunding a part of the order or giving me a gift card, but I would be much happier if this just didn't happen. Recently, they started to close the store by chance and/or not answer the phone. I have traveled several occasions to place an order in person (after failure to reach it by phone) and the open shield viewed during the hours they claim to be open, but the door is locked and no one is at home. This could have been a problem with Google’s times that they have released as they have recently changed, but it is still frustrating. This brings me to last week, and then today. Last Wednesday, I ordered some food for the people in my office. They said it would take 45 minutes, we went ahead and waited about an hour to stop them. If we only knew. It was about 2 hours after the order that my employee who went to pick it had finally left with the corresponding amount of boxes. After receiving an entrance with the wrong articles on it, he asked them directly and asked if the order was correct. They said in his face that what was in the box was exactly what he checked, we ordered (for reference, it was custom order olive oil and parmesan penne pasta that she marks spaghetti on the entrance. We clarified a few things that we had not ordered, but were calculated for independent (a box of pommes and something else). After dewatering this mess we got some food in the office, thank God....No earlier I opened the bag, I noticed the mess of the spaghetti sauce over everything. We cleaned it, checked our food, 4 the Stromboli were correct, one was grounded and NONE... the pasta was right. We had ordered 3 dishes of olive oil and Parmesan Penne. Instead we got 2 spaghettis (which were terrible btw), and a box of pommes. I called them right away and they ignored my calls. Voice Mailbox is full so I can't leave a message. The next day was Thanksgiving, so I didn't bother. Monday rolls around, apparently they are closed. I'll call you again today, everything says they're open. The online ordering app used by them allows you to place an order. But unless they have their phones off, they're closed. I'm not going back to check. Whatever Frank has done or who has overcome in the last few months will lead this place out of business.
