Cardinal Pizza - Westerville

I want to start by saying that this restaurant has the absolute best salads at incredible prices! The ingredients are fresh, and everything tastes clean and flavorful. The homemade dressings are simply out of this world delicious! We always order the Red Bird Special, an 18-inch New York-style pizza, and it never lets us down! The dessert apple pizza was enjoyable, but I wouldn’t recommend the cheesecakes—they reminded me of no-bake versions. My son is a huge fan of the Columbus-style pizza. The spaghetti with meatballs is fantastic, and the Buffalo chicken dip is the perfect appetizer! The birdie breadsticks are so tasty and always a favorite, plus they're part of a happy hour special! The bartender consistently makes excellent cocktails, and they have more beers on tap than you could possibly try in one sitting. Overall, this place exceeds the expectations of a local pizza joint and is definitely worth a visit. They even offer cocktails to go!

The thin and crispy Columbus crust pizza was absolutely delicious! I got so caught up in eating that I forgot to snap a picture beforehand, but it was fantastic! The spicy sauce, excellent cheese, and curled pepperonis made it exceptional. The service was great too; our waiter and bartender were really friendly. They also had a nice selection of craft beers!

This is my all-time favorite pizza place. I adore the fresh ingredients and the crispy crust of their Columbus-style pizza. They offer plenty of veggie options as well. Be sure to try the Roastie or the Flexitarian; both are excellent choices! The small size is good for two people, but if you’re dining solo, you’ll probably end up finishing it all. The atmosphere is friendly, and the service is great as well. Don’t forget to bring your own Tabasco sauce!

They have a great NY style pie, and their custom's are very nice. The one caveat is the heartland app; despite there being selection for a future order, it's ignored. Assume all orders through the app are ASAP.

Found this gem, love the establishment, love the food, especially the homemade meatball sub sandwich. Reminds me of making homemade meatballs with my Italian Gram..... so good, melts in your mouth.
