Bru Burger - Westerville

The dishes are juicy and bursting with flavor, creating a delightful harmony in every bite. We started our meal with chicken nachos and wings; the nachos had a nice spicy kick and tasted wonderfully fresh, while the wings were crispy without being greasy. For our main courses, we tried the provincial ****, the Bourbon burger, the classic burger, and the veggie burger, all of which were perfectly balanced and served on soft yet sturdy buns. To wrap up our meal, we indulged in a classic chocolate milkshake, bread pudding, and homemade cheesecake. I would return just for the dessert, which is quite a compliment coming from someone at a burger joint! Our meals were paired with house cocktails: THE drink, a bourbon cocktail, a pear Cosmo, a mule, and a margarita. Each cocktail was a fantastic take on the classics.

The burgers were fantastic, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The patio and bar area were also excellent.

The service was a bit slow, as it took more than 15 minutes for us to receive our water and drinks. This can be expected with a new establishment, so I hope they can improve on that in the future. However, the food was excellent! The prices were also quite reasonable!

The vegan impossible burger is really really good! I don’t normally like my burgers to be fake-meat, but this one was great!

Our food was awesome! Very friendly staff. Loved sitting out on the patio.
