Starbucks - Western Springs

The staff here is very kind and LGBTQIA friendly! The restaurant is conveniently located near the West Springs Metra train station. Just be aware that it can get a bit loud in the afternoon when teenagers from the nearby school come in to hang out.

Some staff members may be a bit conspicuous, but they are effective.

The service was good overall, but they forgot one of the ingredients in the coffee when we were there. However, we still had a very nice experience.

It doesn’t take much for me to fall in love with Starbucks baristas, but the morning squad here truly went the extra mile. The themed Halloween costumes, they remembered and used my name, and immediately checked in with me when they realized I was still waiting on an item. I’d give them ten stars if I could.

Was there to pick up coffee that daughter ordered. There was about 20 pickups sitting thereDidn't know which one it was. Not good. Anyone could of just walked up n took anyone.
