Mariano's - Western Springs

This location has really gone down hill. I have been shopping at this store since it opened. Within the last few months my experience has seemed to change. Food is no longer fresh. I bought a small container of “fresh” scallops for $30. When I got home to cook them and opened the container, the entire house smelled of rotten fish. Another visit I bought butcher brats those were rotten as well. Store is extremely unorganized would be understandable to have things all over the store for restocking purposes but I shop here, weekly, and every single time I have been here, it looks exactly the same if not more is in the way. Everyone shopping here seems to be very frustrated because it is hard to move around the store and I have boxes cans in your way. I have always loved Marianos, but I honestly don’t think I can shop here anymore with the quality of food not being what it was before and the frustration of trying to find anything on my shopping list.

Is this a Mariano’s or an extension of the LTHS cafeteria?? Avoid this place at all costs when the school gets out it’s taken over by teenagers needing Starbucks

Operating a Deli without customers taking a number is chaos. Please fix.

At first, I really liked this grocery store. There were plenty of spaces in the parking lot, and it was really easy for me to park. The store was also clean and bright when I went inside. There is a nice selection of goodies. The stocks are nice, but, of course, there are some selections that are out of stock or almost out of stock. The most important things I needed were the meat and the produce, aside from the necessities I needed. The meat and produce departments of the store have a nice selection that looks really fresh and has really good quality after I consume it. I do not really have problems with their products, and in fact, I like their products not only because I was able to get everything, I needed but also because the prices here are reasonable compared to the other stores around. The only problem I experienced in this store was with its employees. Their employees are rude and they are not really nice, unlike at other stores where the employees are friendly and helpful.
