Calabash Bush Pub - Western Cape

What a perfect setting, on the foot of the Bainskloof mountain pass. The atmosphere and setting is absolutely amazing. They have the best pizza and sauce in the area! It's worth the 15min drive from the nearby towns. Always arive and leave with a smile.

The view of tge surrounding mountains that one can experience while having a beer or meal is breathtaking. I would highly recommend a stop here while traveling through the Bains Kloof pass

Had a lovely time at the Calabash Bush pub. Very relaxing atmosphere. Also a big thanks to our waiter. Food and pudding was delicious complements to the chef.

I adore going to the Calabash. It's a wonderfully relaxed venue and every item on their menu is really really good! The ribs are to die for, the burgers are divine and their nachos and hot chips yum, as are all the other menu options! The service is great, I have always found. Suzanne is, to me, a wonderful hostess and she runs a tight ship: PS: Wagenboom 2022 Sauvignon Blanc!
