Dunkin' - Westerly

Ordered 7am drive thru 50 donut holes assorted. Received 2 boxes of 25 each all glazed and tasting a day old. Will try another store.

I waited in line 45 minutes to get a coffee that was made wrong. I got bacon three in a bag and they were cold and the lady was having a bad day and she was rude

Come on. I get home and this is what I open up. Who would even SERVE THIS? You people should be ashamed.

Had a VERY rude man at the window. Put my order in and when I got to the window he asked me what I ordered. Told him and he proceeded to say, there 's nothing on the screen, I 'm not a mind reader, you know, what did you get? , I paid him and he just handed me back my change and drinks and walked away. I told him he didn 't need an attitude. Will never go to that one again!

If I could rate lower than 1 star for service. First, coffee was diluted ice with a splash of coffee and cream. They were out of straws. Drive thru person, older man with lots of silver jewelry said, thanks for nothing. That's what I should of said. Never going back to that store
