Giordano's - Westchester

I stopped by tonight (8/24/24) to celebrate my mother’s birthday. The manager on duty was our server, and he treated my entire family like filth. He kept looking down on us, basically told my brother “what, you can’t read”? When he asked for their drafts. He was unfriendly, mean, cold, and unwelcoming. I’ve never felt more mistreated in my lie. I brought this up to our server (the manager) and he didn’t even apologize or try to resolve it.

Pizza was fresh and delicious. The staff was able to expedite my order, as I was attempting to eat pizza before heading to O’Hare. One of the best in Chicagoland.

I tried to place an order twice online for delivery and both times their website declined my card but still took out my money. I called to get some clarification to what was going on and all they had to offer me was very mediocre assistance with smugish and “as of matter of fact” attitudes. “Bob” the store manager was very rude, cutting me off and yelling over me Angie was very short with anything she said and not offering any help or accommodation of any kind. I would recommend to choose a different location for take out. From what I see from the rest of the reviews, this is a reoccurring thing with their to go not being on point which is sad especially when they advertise “online ordering is the way to go!” I can’t tell.

Giordanos is always great pizza, but asking for a tip when i pick up my CARRYOUT order is ludicrous.

Outstanding service, delicious pizza. They were kid friendly and timely on refills, napkins and anything we needed.
