Traveling for work from CA and didn’t know anything about this place when I booked it besides the reviews on multiple sites. If I could give 6 stars I would!!!! The place was immaculate and the rooms much nicer than expected. The food was outstanding and the service impeccable. HUGE shoutout to AJ and Ken at the front desk, they were extremely helpful, gracious, and pleasant , they are the type of people you can only dream of having work for your establishment. I will recommend this place to EVERYONE and already a lifelong customer. A 6 stars! Thank you for making my stay unforgettable :

My room smelled like cigarette. If you check early don't expect to receive a bill until way later in the day Rooms: Very old rooms. Need a lot of remodelation. AC was very loud at night. And smelled like cigarettes Rooms: 2 Service: 1 Location: 5

Everyone was great, my issue is the advertisement for the pool and upon checking in I come to find out that you are only allowed 30 minutes and are required to make a reservation. I only book at hotels that have pools for my granddaughter who loves swimming so I suggest do not advertise the pool if it not accessible. Food drinks: Bartenders were awesome Rooms: 5

This hotel is good. Got a great couples massage the food is great. The arrival was also great because valley parked the car for us. I was just upset because our food was being delivered to the room late and would be cold wen it arrived, good thing we had a microwave in our room. And the fact that they did not have Corona beer when its on the Menu. The cleaning room service employees were complaining about their jobs infront of us, I did not appreciate that. Lastly we got the wrong room because it was not what I wanted, the hotel was good at handling the problem and provided us a different room right away. Still it's a great hotel& spa regardless of the small annoying incidences. We were celebrating our anniversary.
