I've ordered from IJW several times across several locations to include this location previously. I've never been disappointed. The experience that I just had prior to writing this review has been by far the best. I got 16 Bone-In Wings with Nashville Hot and Mango Habanero sauces. The heat level could be better but that's a personal nitpick and I don't expect establishments to perfectly nail my heat levels. The flavor and textures though were so on point it was awesome; as good as any wings I've ever had. At the price level you'd be hard pressed to find better.
Ordered from Grubhub never got the 24 boneless wings not drinks. Will never order from them again.
Came here for dinner. I hadn’t been to this location in a while. We got seated within five minutes. We came at 6 on a Saturday. Just in time to beat the dinner crowd. I got the half rack of ribs with fries. My fiancé got the short rib quesadilla, ribs and chicken fingers with corn. They did forget a couple of things, but they ran and got it for us quick. My fries were a little stale but their BBQ sauce is delicious: For dessert we got the skillet cookie which you can’t go wrong with. Overall a standard chain restaurant that is good but was so much better when I was a kid.
Haven't not been there since we were invited to the pre grand opening of this establishment for the menu tasting and training of staff many years ago. We got a gift card this year so we gave it a try. We had steak fajitas and the steak was almost impossible to chew. The steak was a skirt steak inside skirt outside skirt is more desirable but if the other is slice the proper way against the grain instead of with the grain it becomes half way desirable peice of meat. All the steaks were cut with the grain, big blunder should be common knowledge in a any kitchen that serves steaks. The meat was very dry as well especially on the edges. It is very difficult to dry out a skirt steak it takes a lot of work to do that. Chips good, salsa good, rice, peppers onions good beans good drinks good but the star of the show was a big flop. To fix this problem it only takes just 60 seconds of training on this matter. Kitchen staff not to blame the blame go kitchen management or chef incharge. For sure we will tell friends no more gift cards from Chili's.
