Contribuiți la feedbackThe tire service here is exceptional. Dante and Gean provided quick and attentive assistance in mounting and balancing the tires. Costco offers a tire warranty and free installation with purchase, which, when combined with seasonal promotions, means you can get the tires at a discounted price with free installation. While TPMS installation costs extra, it still comes out cheaper than having it done elsewhere these days. Thank you, Dante and Gean!
They informed me about a promotion for new AT&T customers available in July. However, since my current H2O service is already through AT&T, I was not eligible for the promotion. They suggested I switch to Visible for a free trial and then move back to AT&T. After filling out all the tedious forms, the staff member helped me apply for the Visible trial and contacted H2O to cancel my existing service, which was already a lengthy process. Then, after a chat with Visible’s customer service, they realized that my current phone number couldn't be ported over during the trial. This meant I lost my number and had to use a new Visible number. Are you kidding me? We explicitly stated that we wanted to keep our old number at the start, so why not clarify the situation from the beginning? It felt like so much time was wasted for nothing, and he acted as if everything would go smoothly. Another staff member came over, trying to appear more professional, but he was not helpful at all. He spoke with another team member about something else while I struggled with the H2O and Visible apps on my phone. The questions he asked while I was on the phone with H2O were completely irrelevant, especially in the noisy chaos of Costco. As a result, I had to call H2O to restore my old number and service, then contact Visible to cancel the trial, ultimately returning to my previous setup as if none of this had occurred. This caused me significant hassle and wasted so much of my time. I didn’t complain on-site, as I couldn't bear to stay any longer after that awful experience. I needed to step away to my car just to hear clearly what H2O's customer service was saying. If there's another place where I can leave a negative review specifically for the AT&T counter at Costco, please let me know, and I will do so. Additionally, aside from this negative experience, I also dislike the overall environment at Costco; it's too crowded both inside and in the parking lot. Without considering my experience at the AT&T counter, I would rate Costco two stars.
Best experience, Costco is one of the best stores to shop it has everything, Prices are always the same and reasonable.
Review of Costco in general: 5/5 stars for amazing products and amazing deals. They are truly the place to go for bulk items. Their Kirkland brand is also too tier. You can find anything from food, stationary, cleaning, clothes, etc. you name it, Costco has it. You can even get plants here!! I have a household of 3 adults, and still consistently shop here Review of THIS Cotsco location in Westbury: 1-2/5. Truly an exhausting and daunting experience. From the second this store open, likely until it closes, it's packed. There is rarely parking in the area and I've seen the poor cart gathering employees travel far and wide to retrieve the carts. Also the etiquete of the clientele is often horrendous- people blocking aisles, putting things back in the wrong spot, stopping short, etc. We make the trip here as infrequently as possible. If the Melville Location is close-ish to you, or really any other location, I would 110% recommend making that detour
The worst 1st experience! I ordered 5 pizza pies 3 days before I needed them for my baby girl's 3rd birthday at her daycare. The pandemic stole 2 years from us so this was to be apart of an amazing event. Fast forward to the day of, after I paid for the pies days ahead, and I call 30min before my pick up time to tell them I'm coming and they have NO record of my order. Truth is I broke down in that food court and cried. I will say they halled a to get you my order and the manager was called and ge refunded my entire order... thanks you. Sad to sat the pizza was too doughy and the toddlers hardly ate a slice each...thank God I got them for free!
