The management shortcomings are quite noticeable, and the ice cream was disappointing. Although the staff member was friendly and worked quickly, it was clear that the store is not being managed with proper care. It’s unreasonable to expect one person to serve ice cream and manage Dunkin' Donuts take-out orders all on her own during a hot June evening. Additionally, there's a Carvel right across the street...

They refused to serve milkshakes since there were only 20 minutes left until closing time.

I visited the restaurant tonight and was surprised to find only one employee on duty. While I know this isn’t the worker's fault, it reflects poorly on the management for scheduling so few staff members. The employee also seemed disinterested in taking my order; when I asked for strawberries, he simply said, “we don’t have any,” even though I know they do. He didn’t ask about toppings and assumed I was done ordering after I mentioned the ice cream flavors, which indicates a lack of proper order-taking skills. I don’t want to single him out, but I was really disappointed because I was looking forward to having strawberries with my ice cream.

The ice cream was good, but the restroom definitely needs some cleaning. I'm not sure what other options are available at this time. I tried the chocolate peanut butter flavor, and it was just average. However, I might think about returning in the future.

I had ordered this cake with specific flavors in mind, but the experience was disappointing. The staff member was rude and seemed totally uninterested. I requested a refund and ended up leaving without anything. I definitely won’t be returning to this particular Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin-Robbins! Having worked in customer service myself, I always made sure to acknowledge satisfied customers and encourage them to share their positive experiences. Unfortunately, in this situation, I’m left feeling very dissatisfied.
