Kfc - Westbrook

NEVER, EVER leave this dreadful place without checking your entire order. It almost never comes out correct! This evening, we ordered two meals with two breast pieces each at the drive-thru. After driving 7 or 8 miles home, we opened our boxes to find two small thighs in each one instead. We ended up spending over $25 for 4 tiny, greasy thighs that were definitely not extra crispy. This kind of mix-up happens almost every time we order. We promised ourselves we wouldn't come back, but sometimes the craving for fried chicken is hard to resist. However, we mean it this time—never again. Don't waste your money here; instead, go to Hannaford, buy some frozen fried chicken, and bake it in your oven. It's a total rip-off.

Worst KFC experience ever! Don't waste your money. I've been there three times, hoping it would improve, but each time the chicken has been terrible. It's clear that no effort is put into this location—it's simply disgusting every single time. The side dishes were even crusty and unappetizing. I'm not sure if corporate is aware of this, so I felt the need to share my experience.

I really enjoy their food! My only issue is that they've discontinued the grilled chicken. Thankfully, I know how to make it myself, and it tastes just as good. It’s my Dad’s recipe for Fireman's Chicken BBQ.

Not the cleanest or Speedy experience with them the last time I visited. But the cashier was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I will check in once more hopefully was just one of those days but if I were to go again I would be sticking tothe drive-thru to save myself the dirty dining experience.

The food was so so. Cheese not melted for the macaroni. Biscuits dry. Cole slaw tasted like it was starting to spoil. The chicken was good. Not the cleanest place. The staff was really nice though.
