Order via their online website at 6 a.m. Order was ready for pick-up at 7:30 p.m. It takes 1-1/2 hours to pour a cup of coffee and make a bagel sandwich?

Coffee is good, food is really good, service is on place. But every time in a while when I try to enjoy a coffee, someone comes by, one of the owners comes by and screams the employees. He doesn't scream. No inner voice. If he's two meters away, he's talking like the person can't hear. And keeps talking for a long time. Ruins the experience. That would be another 5.

I just want someone to be proud of his job and make my order as I asked.

The food at this restaurant was delicious. Although I had never been there before and felt a bit rushed by the staff, it was likely just my perception. The coffee, donut, and breakfast sandwich were all tasty.

The female server who brought my coffee was extremely impolite. I requested a black coffee with two sugars, but it was too sweet for my liking. When I asked for a second cup with less sugar, the server gave me a disdainful look and then simply waved her hand as if to dismiss me, handing over the cup in a rude manner.
