Dunkin' - WESTBOROUGH

Insanely slow drive through!!! Most staff moving at a snails pace. Dunkin’ Donuts in general has lost my business unless there are no other options. Too many experiences like this one!

Service good. Drive thru is slow and always packed. People super nice, but anytime I order a sandwich, bacon egg cheese, or something like that, or even a bagel and cream cheese, I wish I never had. Always undercooked and soggy regardless of asking for it toasted, or if it is, or not. Greasy. One reason I don't like to tip at this location. I used to tip the one that closed nearby, but then I had to start going here. Donuts. Coffee. That's it.

If you 're placing a mobile order make sure you 're at least 25 minutes away because your order probably still won 't be ready when you walk in. And if you 're ordering at the counter... good luck to you. Bring a book because you 'll need something to pass the time waiting at the counter until an employee notices you. And then another book for the time you 'll be waiting for them to make your order. I mean it when I say, take the time to drive to another location for your coffee. It will be faster.

Terrible. I came through at around 8:55 this morning. I ordered an ice coffee and asked them to heat up the sugar because it sinks to the bottom, they did not do that. I asked again, handed me the same coffee. You can see the sugar and my straw in the cup lmao. I didnt get my munchkins, hashbrowns we’re soggy and cold, and it just sucked overall. Now I’m at work with nothing but soggy hashbrowns and bitter coffee. Not only that but they made me pay for water after all that hahaha. What a joke
