Arturo’s - WESTBOROUGH

I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. Despite calling ahead to let them know I would be arriving 15 minutes early at 4:15 instead of 4:30, there was no one outside to greet us and our table was not set. The server didn't take our drink order or greet us until we had been sitting there for five minutes. When we are spending a significant amount of money on a company dinner, we expect better service. The person who answered the phone was helpful and said there would be no issue, but upon arrival, it was clear that the staff was not prepared to open. This was on a Friday night, and I believe they can do better.

Simply the best! Great food, each and every time! The staff is fantastic, so friendly and mindful of checking in every few minutes to make sure you are happy. : LOVE Arturo's. Do yourself a favor and check it out.

Good food, good service and making the best out of it under the big tent.

I prefer to sit in the regular dining area. The waitress was decent. Overall, it was a good experience.

Arturo's has been our favorite restaurant for many years. When we lived in Framingham, we would go at least twice a month. Since moving to Beverly, it has been more challenging to make the trip out to Westborough to dine at Arturo's. We have only been able to visit twice since May. Our most recent visit in July was very enjoyable. We were seated indoors in the new bar and booth section. The service was friendly and efficient. I ordered the Pasta di Napoli, which was delicious with perfectly cooked scallops and shrimp in a tasty cream sauce. My husband tried a special shrimp jambalaya, which he found to be good but lacking in spices. For dessert, we loved the limoncello cake. Arturo's is truly a hidden gem.
