Next to our hotel, no line up, usual tims service and quality. located in the hotel court yard. very friendly

My husband and I shook our heads as the teenage girl delivered our tea at the drive through while she was having a personal conversation with a co-worker, no eye contact, stuck her hand out the window while talking sideways to her coworker, no thank you or acknowlegement. Its a good thing she didn't drop the hot drink on us - she seriously missed out on providing any type of customer service.

Open late, went through the drivethrough and got a large black coffee. Came out quick and cheap and the coffee. As always, skip the food they sell. I cannot recommend eating anything.

1. Overall: Good location, easy in or out from Hwy 97, across from Kelly O’Bryan’s 8/102. Décor: Well, standard stuff. 5/103. Ambiance: West and North window seats, booths and tables, and a good size. 8/104. Menu: Standard but they do add items. 6/105. Service: Staff seem to enjoy this location, always pleasant. 8/106. Presentation: I request them to preheat the china mug, improves the temperature and I agree with science that it tastes better 7.5/107. Freshness: Standard with Tim’s, the buns are always soft 7/108. Palate: The chili really is good, soup too. 8/109. Intangibles: Drive through, and not so busy as the Tim’s at Gelatly Rd. 8/1010. Value: Good enough 7/10TOTAL: 72.5/100

Witnessed an employee dipping the donuts in chocolate with his bare hands last Saturday, where are the plastic gloves? Made me throw up in my mouth.
