Arby's - Westbank Canada

Great service! It's Arby's, so you know what to expect. Every time my grandmother and I drive to Kelowna, we stop there on our way home. It's a little tradition that brings us joy. As for dietary restrictions, I asked for my sandwich as a salad instead of a bun, and it turned out okay.

Everything was great! The service was quick, and the food was of good quality for fast food. The restaurant was clean, and the drive-thru was easy to navigate. Overall, a fantastic experience!

I went to take advantage of a posted deal for three Arby’s melts for $10. The cashier confirmed that the discount was valid, but just as I was about to finish my order, the manager came out from the back to say that they weren’t actually offering the deal, even though it was clearly displayed on the screen waiting for payment. In my opinion, Arby’s is only worth the price when they have promotions like that. If your location doesn’t honor these deals, there are other chain restaurants that provide better value.

Food is great just need more people working. Seem like manager does all the work.

Very, very good! Lots of parking and shopping nearby. The drive-thru is busy which is what made us decide to them. Busy drive-thru means fresh food and fast service. We ate in. The store itself is very nice. Its also very clean. The service was very good too! Definitely be back!
