The smoking of the glass added a delightful smoky flavor that paired perfectly with the muddled cherries and Super Chief Straight Bourbon Whiskey. The blend of flavors was unique and left me eager for another round. Following that, I tried their Straight Bourbon and Rye, both served on the rocks, and they were both wonderfully smooth and rich in flavor. Incredible atmosphere at this distillery with a fantastic train theme. A food truck will be arriving soon as well. It's pet-friendly, and the cocktails are excellent! If you're in Mt. Holly, this place is a must-visit.
