Hunan Wok - Westampton Twp

I've been here a couple times (new to Jersey and Mount Holly). It's right around the corner from my place. Kinda a hole in the wall in a shopping complex (why it drew me in....usually that means it's good lol)......And it was. Simply great food. Reasonably priced. The lady at the counter was nice. Definitely a return type place.

Love this place. My favorite Chinese food take out restaurant. Male boss owner is friendly. The foods taste delicious and clean. They also have friendly vegan or vegetarian options.

Had some difficulties with my order, so next time I am providing them with the number for each item ordered on the menu just to be safe. I think this place is under new ownership, but the food still is good and normally fast.

We drive past 4-5 other Chinese restaurants to get takeout from Hunan Wok. Really fresh tasting, nothing cooked in old oil, and the food has great flavor.

I stopped on a rainy day for a quick won ton soup. When I cut into the dumpling I saw what looked like nice pork rib meat. When I tasted them I knew they were no normal frozen dumplings. So the broth is as good as most places but once you cut into the dumplings, add hot sauce or my choice spicy mustard and a bit of lemon, wow! I’m glad I bought enough to share!
