Beartooth Barbecue - West Yellowstone

Our server was very funny and although the place was full, she took care of us very well. Our food was great. The potato salad was different from the south. But some like it. Select the cut brisket over the chopped. The chopped brisket had some fat I didn't care. The grill sauce was brownish and delicious. You should try if you're in West Yellowstone.

BBQ is an art that doesn't master many places, but I am delighted that Beartooth meets all the right notes. A measure for a good BBQ place is how they do the Simpilest of things like Colesla. Your Sla was spiced and Spot on. The park had a good smoke and was not dry. The cheeses were brilliant and had a slightly smoked taste. The Bbq chips are great, but on brand on them would be for younger children the heat on them could be a little much. The Bbq sauce is a thicker sweet heat as we like it. Overall one of the better bbq places we have in a while. I wish it were closer to home to try more.

We arrived 15 minutes before closing and they were friendly enough to sit still and serve us. Brisket Sandwich, BBQ Chips, Bad Dog and Cowboy Caviar. The food was BOMB! Service was GREAT!! After completion, they directed others to alternative farms in the area that could meet their food needs.

I cleaned the woman out of the rain of the Old Believers to get her birthday dinner before we return to the campsite. That was a surprise. We ordered the complete shelf. It comes with a dry rub and two sides with sauce on the side. Very Texas style. It was very tasty and a pleasant surprise and we highly recommended it. PS the dogs loved the remains

This place is SO GOOD! We walked in and they said about 5-10 minute wait. They got us in and quickly were seating other people. Our food took maybe 10 minutes and it was all delicious. Had the chopped brisket, green chili creamed corn, and potato salad. My boyfriend had the sliced brisket, baked beans and potato salad. My mom had the chopped brisket, baked beans, and cowboy caviar. Only beers on the menu for only $5 a draft!!
