I usually don't post reviews for chains, but this is definitely a place where I make an exception. This crew goes the extra mile to be friendly and brighten your day with more than just your coffee. The crew is polite and they all seem happy to be at work! The manager in the morning is so beautiful and he has excellent customer service skills (sometimes I have NOT, so I am always impressed by people who are so great in it). This dunkin is my favorite!
But slowly with this dunkin. The girl who took the order didn't know what a frozen coffee was?
