Golden Harvest Cafe - West Wendover

I am confused as to why they removed the menus. 80% of their customers are elderly and many of them are not able to scan a QR code to view the menu. This restaurant used to be our favorite place to eat, but with the significant price increase, slow service, and shortage of staff, our group will not be returning. Additionally, it was frustrating to see servers socializing at tables with their family and friends instead of attending to customers. Waiting 20 minutes for our order to be taken while they socialized was not a good look.

Additional charges were added to the bill. Avoid paying the extra fees! Make sure to check your receipt.

The uncooked food was terrible, so I had to get takeout even though they advertise 24-hour dining. The service was not great. I rated the food a 1, service a 5, and atmosphere a 1. Dinner cost over $100 per person.
