Honey Dew Donuts - West Warwick

Surprising good donuts! I am not sure why people complain about the service, I was treated nicely and received my food extremely fast.

Horribler customer service. Lady in the car thru was rude. I asked for a big one and got a med ice cream coffee, which is really good. I wanted to ask a few napkins, but she blown the window and went away and then she hid herself in the back until we left the drive thru. Thank you. I wish I knew her name so I could leave him here.

The woman who worked in this Honey Dew on Jefferson Blvd in Warwick was EXTREMELY RUDE!! I will never go back there!! I asked for a small blue freezer that they have with every other honeydew I'm going to, and she made some other drink. When I told her it wasn't what I asked her to say well, I don't know what you're talking about. The other girl who works here makes her own drinks.. I then told her we just got this drink in the other honey store on Warwick Ave and her answer was, I don't know what to tell you. Every honeydew is different! These are news for me. I thought honey dew would be a franchise, which means that it all has the same drinks and food options as Dunkin Donuts!! Extremely rude and arrogant at the point of never returning there again. Totally disgusting customer service. Better yet, disgusting way to talk to another person in general. She would be fired immediately if she worked for me!!

Better drinks than Dunkin if you choose one that is completely in stock!

The people here can't make a good coffee at all and the store manager is always rude
