Dunkin' - West Warwick

Dunkin' (in general) is NOT what it used to be. Ordered two coffee rolls, which used to be way more than enough for one, but are now about the same size as a donut. Coffee doesn't taste the same either.I had no problem with this specific location...

Told them 3X over the intercom how I wanted my latte... I get up to the window wondering/hoping it'd be made right; of course, it wasn't!!I'm just wondering how you screw up making a Medium Ice Latte, Light w/whole milk, 3 Splenda into giving me it dark w/1 sugar?? Lol

Stay far away from this location! ordered online, drove up and picked up. got home and 2 donuts that was paid for were missing. not the first time that this has happened! decided this time to go back and get the missing donuts.went inside, greeted by an angry employe who never smiled and never apologized for the inconvenience. will never go back to spend my money at this location!

Fast service but donuts are not always fresh. Plus they don't fill there donuts so a jelly donut taste like a plain donut. I see why Cumberland farms is doing better and they lost alot of business to them. I got a muffin from CF and it was filled with berries. When u change the quality of your food and prices people don't come back. I'm hoping the owner reads this cause he lost me and u will lose others.

Easley the worst run dunkin in the state. Staff can't manage drive-thru, orders are always wrong, hot food always being cold and the staff is extremely rude. Do not recommend this particular dunkin to anyone.
