Wendy's - West Virginia

7/9/2022 went into this place with a family member and saw an employee on the French fry station grab a few fries and then drop them back in the bin. NO GLOVES AT ALL!! Manager was contacted immediately about and she was informed that I would be contacting Corporate.

I love Wendy's but around here people need retrained. It all starts with one bad trainer. Then eventually everyone is pulling fries out 45 seconds early. I never get good food from there unless I ask them for fresh food.

Fast food, prepared early, kinda out of the way, doing some renovations,employees need customer service training,

I don't eat here a lot. A remodel these things. So I'm around there food all the time. But this particular restaurant. Has made me picture perfect food both times I've been there

I used to be a manager here. I have personally witnessed the so-called General manager reaching her entire bare hand and arm into the lemonade machine and serve the same contaminated lemonade to the public. They do NOT temp the meat at ALL and cross contaminate chicken and beef all day long. I tried to fix this behavior but when the gm says jump your supposed to say how high.
