Wendy's - West Virginia

Terribly dirty and unorganized, i counted 5 employees, including a “manager”…2...2! Employees working, one cashier tyring to take orders,fill orders,and cooking....the seating area was disgusting!… trash over running the cans,apparently the drink machine is broke because water was standing in the floor,with caution cones....

Fries were hot and good, but pretzel bacon pub chicken sandwich was terrible. It was overcooked and looked like it had been sitting under a heater for an hour.

My family and I went to this Wendy's at 6:00 at night with a cranky baby in tow. We were waiting in line for 25 minutes because of “headset problems” even though there were only two cars in front of us. Then when we got to the window, we waited for another 20 minutes only to get cold food. I don't recommend.

My fries the past few times have tasted and look like they have been setting out all day. Burger was burnt and cold.

Set behind three cars for almost 30 minutes. They had to change my order cuz they got it wrong at the window. Then when I got home the burger I got wasn't even what I wanted on it
