Food was great but the service took a little bit longer.

If I could rate this place a 0 I most definitely would I placed a mobile order my order was wrong my food was cold this place has no clue what they are doing people just pasting back fourth they have no clue what they are doing! I’m very disappointed, also the chili is very popular they told me they wouldn’t have anymore until 2hours! This place is very extremely unorganized

The cashier could take my simple order of two chilli and two plain potatoes. Started getting frustrated at me. The manager stepped in and wasn't very friendly at all to me. You say he was rude.

Order is wrong 90% of the time. I've learned to always ALWAYS check my bags before driving off. Today, after informing them I was missing 2 kids meals, a staff member relayed a message from another staff that the kids meals were mixed in with our other regular bags of food.?? Why? Ok cool anyway, they weren't. And when I went in to correct the problem I was ignored for 5 minutes. Our $40 worth of food was crunchy fries and flattened burgers. I'll have to swear these guys off. I’ve consistently received awesome service at this Wendy’s location. The food is hot and made to order. Other locations get my orders wrong or give cold, stale fries but no problems at this Wendy’s. The managers here are exceptional! I especially want to recognize the female manager employees working on 9/12/22 at approximately 3—3:15pm. Everyone was friendly, courteous and my food was delicious. Thanks and keep up the great work.
