Twin Oaks - West Virginia

Have been away from Clarksburg for over 42 years. However, I decided to stop in to twin Oaks and have a little Italian dinner. Unfortunately, it is not what I recall. Although, the restaurant had a very good crowd they were understaffed which were keeping the waitresses hopping. However, the food was less to be desired and the pasta was drenched in pasta sauce. The decor appears not to have been updated since 1976 when the last time I was there for my prom. Will not be going back there.

The food is always good. I've never been let down or disappointed here. We love the salads with cheese and their meatball recipe is the best I've ever tasted anywhere. I also recommend the ravioli.

Best pizza by far around!! We get pepperoni and it's hard to not eat a whole one. Oops. Haha

I drive from Charleston over 2 hours for a hoagie from twin oaks. Grew up in Bridgeport the thought of this delicious hoagie makes me mouth watering! Love it!

Spaghetti and meatballs were very bland, steak hoagie had a mushie mushroom paste and very bland as well. Fries were also very soggie, had high hopes, very disappointed. Sweet tea was good though.
