Texas Roadhouse - West Virginia

Ordered a sirloin steak and shrimp with mashed potatoes. Steak was cooked rare and asked for medium well and shrimp was cold in the middle.

Went here for a family dinner of me, my boyfriend, my younger brother and his girlfriend. 3 out of us got steaks. I asked for medium rare and it was over cooked. My brother asked for medium rare as well, and was given a raw steak. His girlfriend got a burger and the bun was hard. But our server Luke was awesome and very helpful and understanding. I don’t think we will be returning, I’ve very disappointed bc I thought the new makeover would be so much better.

TXR used to be a dependable place to eat in Morgantown. Unfortunately, with the opening of the new restaurant things are just too chaotic. We had a total of 3 servers and two managers greet us. We ordered country fried chicken gravy on the side and got fried steak, sent it back and it came out wrong again (About 30 minutes later). By that point my fiancé didn’t even want to eat. New location, same Texas Roadhouse. It's a family favorite for us because they have a lot of options that work well for kids and picky toddlers. Would definitely recommend!

Fast service. There wasn't a long wait and the food was out quick and perfectly cooked
