Taco Bell - West Virginia

I come here almost everyday. The people there know me, they know my order. This location recently hired some new people who cannot seem to get a simple order correct. One item, and I get handed the wrong one. Not once, not twice, but THREE times. I just kept doing laps around the drive thru. They used to be good, but now it’s terrible service and destroyed food just slung into the bag

This taco bell is only moderately clean. Also the works should know the products they offer.

Fast food gets more and more expensive but the customer service still declines. I haven't gotten everything that I ordered and paid for the last 2 times and it hasn't been correct food the last 3 times so im not impressed…I got rice and chicken and a side of sour cream for $9.76.. forgot both my potatoes....ridiculous! I mean getting fast food right isnt rocket science

Can't gat orders right even after a 2nd try at it still forgot items. Foods normally messy

My son works in the same building as this Taco Bell, seeing their employees go to the bathroom they never wash their hands when returning to work! I advise to go to South Side for tacos!
