Ruby Tuesday - West Virginia

Food here is okay half the time. I keep coming because of the deals and coupons but the quality of the food too often reflects laziness. And with the holiday season, 4 out of 6 of their beer taps are out (the 4th went out as I ordered mine and there was no motivation to fix the issue). What kind of place with a bar neglects their taps in such a way… such a big money maker with the holiday season in full swing. Missed opportunity to gain loyal customers. Service absolutely horrible ate our food then figured wed try the bar took 15 minutes to get a beer was the only ones in the bar

Not even got to seat before hostage said it was 20 to 30 minutes for a table even though I counted 15 tables empty from the door

Drove down to see a friend had dinner and our sever Nadia was fantastic, best service I’ve received in a long time!

Came to the bar for a drink while out shopping. Bartender on duty made the best martini I've had in a while.Nadia was awesome!
