Panera Bread - West Virginia

So my sandwich came with one small glob of meat in the middle of a piece of burnt bread. I asked for extra croutons for my soup, I got one bag with a hole in it that contained 3 croutons. What waste of over 40$ I'm done with Panera, or at least this location.

This restaurant is always clean, and the employees are always so kind and courteous. Not to mention, the food is delicious!

My wife and daughter love this place. To me it's okay I just haven't eaten there enough to figure out how/what to order yet. Lol

This was my first bad experience at ANY Panera Bread location. The Spicy Take chicken was not at all what I thought it was gonna be. I saw pictures with an abundance of crispy pickle chips, mine may have had 4. Certainly not worth the $13.00 dollars

Ordered from the kiosk at the entrance. Food was ready quickly. Miscommunication between kitchen and the front caused us to not get cups which seemed to make the kitchen mad.
