Gino's Pizza Spaghetti House

Placed on line order Monday 9/19. Rude, incompetent employees. Overcharged me, didn’t get the order right and didn’t care. Plus cold, soggy pizza. I won’t be back but I will be lodging a complaint with the manager and corporate office tomorrow.

I picked up a sandwich, Hot Ham and Cheese this evening. Service and sandwich was exceptional.! Enjoyed it so much. I hadn’t gotten anything from there in awhile but am looking forward to the next visit there. Keep up the good food and service. Yeah!!!

People that just don’t care. Called to place an order for pickup and the lady’s first words were “please hold”. So she set the phone down while I listened to them work, talk, and laugh for over 10 minutes before hanging up. Placed an online order and drove there. After waiting, waiting, and more waiting, the other lady says it’ll be 7 more minutes and to pull to the Tudor’s window. Wasn’t 7, it was another 25 minutes before I had to wave one of the cooks down and he came and asked for my name. H … – show

Placed a delivery order, not delivered after 90 minutes so I went to pick up the order after 15 calls went unanswered. Was told they took the phone off the hook and they were out of hot wings which was half of my order.

I had tried the Cheeseburger pub which, it was ok, my favorite is the ham and cheese one hands down its the best. The 3 lady employees were awesome they deserve 5 stars, they were super friendly, and had smilies on their faces! Made the experience even better! I do not go to Gino's often enough, but I'm thinking because of the great experience with the employees I will be increasing my visits there!
