By far my favorite Dunkin in the area I feel it's better than the Beckley one my coffee always tastes right when I get it

Since the new manager Mike has came to this store you can definitely tell the impact! Fresh food and donuts, fast service and overall everyone is in better moods. Not to mention they hosted a trunk or treat in their parking lot totally made my day as a mother and my little girl loved it too!

Bought dozen mixed donuts this morning with a small coffee. The donuts were stale and tasted old.

Wretched customer service! First, the counter was closed and the only way to place an order was the app. I downloaded it, ordered, and waited… and waited… and waited… A gentleman asks if I have an order. I tell him my order and he says he'll work on it. So I wait a little more… and more waiting… still waiting… At this point, everyone working there has seen me standing at the counter now, and walked passed.
