Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Food was delicious! Service was excellent! Bought myself new earrings and a couple of sister gifts in their shop. I love everything about Cracker Barrel!

Only one mess up on our bill in six years of going there. The manager made it right. We stop in Charleston every time we are there. We eat at the Beckley location often. Both are great.

Great for our annual Black Friday breakfast. Always fun to look around the place if you need to wait for a table.

Excellent service and good food. Our waitress Melissa was a very pleasant person, and did a wonderful job, even after I heard her dealing with a very rude and demanding customer at another table. Mined you she never missed a beat on her friendly attitude towards the rude people. She kept up well with everyone at our table of six, and everyone was pleased with the food. Keep up the good work. Enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner here. Good food, excellent service. Everything was great except it was no less than 85° inside with a fire burning on a 65° day. Let that fire burn out sometimes! I can't even imagine what the servers felt like!
