Village Tap House - West Vancouver

Nice patio, large menu options, vegetarian friendly and courteous service. The food taste was wonderful. The truffle fries tasted awesome. Will be back soon

Enjoyed our visit here. They're quite thorough on COVID-19 precautions, which we all need; menu accessed via cellphone. Lots of craft beers on offer, and our server was super helpful in guiding our choices. Burger was excellent, with tasty fries. Forager pizza was more crusty than one might expect, but it was a crunchy cheezy crust, so fine by me. Good visit, lots more to try on the menu.

I have been going to this restaurant for many years. The food is consistently very good and service great also. I sure do miss the farmhouse chicken burger that has recently been removed from the menu : It was one of the best around. My only complaint is the noise level when it's busy.... All the chatter and then the music on top of it all is a bit much. I'm sure I will be back again soon!

I visited this lovely restaurant with friends for lunch and enjoyed the good food. I usually like to have a glass of dry red wine with my meal, so I typically ask for the house red. I usually expect to pay between $12 and $15 for a 9 or 8 oz glass of house wine. However, when I asked the waitress what options they had, I was only told they had a Cab Sav or Merlot. I didn't check the menu and ended up ordering 2 glasses of House Cab Sav, which ended up costing me $45.50. I believe the waitress should have mentioned the price of the wine, especially since the Merlot was only $15 per 8 oz glass. Lesson learned - always check the menu before ordering a drink from the server.

The restaurant is nice and has good service. The hostesses made an effort to give us a good table and even offered to reserve one for us if we came back in 20 minutes. True to their word, after 20 minutes we were seated in a nice corner of the restaurant. The food was delicious, especially the steak, and the service was very friendly. The music was good, but a bit too loud.
