Blenz Coffee - West Vancouver

The awful experience there, at first the barista who served me made a wrong order for me, and when I told him, he said it was your fault. I just had ordered a regular coffee! Anyway, I ordered and paid money again to get a regular damn coffee, but the taste was sucks again! It smelled and tasted like ginger, and I never try this branch anymore.

I am not very happy with this coffee shop.Wouldn't let my service dog Tee in!!!!! No pets no service dog either. I even said she was a service dog...... no ... had to leave her outside.Great way to treat a veteran nice poppy you ware

They were busy, I got a warm *frozen drink. I went back to complaint that my slushy is not so slushy , the staff told me they are low on ice and compromising by quality of the drink by using less than half the ice, so they can make more quantity of this low quality drink. Not In the exact words, but her answers blew my mind

The service at this restaurant was really nice and they were very clear with repeating our orders, so I would definitely give them a 5 for customer service. Unfortunately, the drink I ordered, a simple rose latte, tasted like dirty hot water. Despite this disappointment, the restaurant was a fantastic pit stop during my 2-hour drive home. Sigh.

Perfectly located, very close to the ferry terminal and bus stop. Friendly and Informative staff and owner. Cosy environment and the for sale available paintings in the cafe make it very relaxing to stay and enjoy the tea , coffee or shake. Loved my matcha smoothy and strawberry tea latte. The mugs and flesk are great last-minute gifts,too.
