Chandelle was an amazing waitress. She was fun and very professional

Wasn’t incredible service or anything really. Just a pretty average burger place. Bottomless fries are always nice but I’d honestly spend my money elsewhere.

The food was fair for what we have experienced in the past. I wonder if there was a food supply chain issue. It didn’t seem very busy, but took a very long time to get our food. I also think they must have been low on staff. I hope the next time is a bit better. We have had great experiences in the past. Love the bottomless fries!

Ths food and our server was great,we had the fish,and the onion rings where good also wish we had got the large order.

We visited this location for lunch last week. The host estimated 20-25 minutes and we agreed to wait. When she called us to be seated we had been waiting 23 minutes, so she was spot-on with her estimate.Our server was attentive with refills. She also proactively noticed the kitchen made a mistake with my order and took it back to be fixed before she even set it on the table. When it came out the bun was cold to the touch, as though it was out of the fridge or possibly not done defrosting. It was really unappetizing. By this time we had shared an appetizer and I had urged my party to eat while their food was warm, so we were mostly ready to leave. I decided to take the food home to have it for dinner.I warmed up the burger with bun in the oven which, unfortunately, did not improve things. The bun was dried out on the edges and soggy on the inside. I decided to just eat the burger without the bun, and the burger itself was also unpleasant. It had a slight bitterness that I imagine would have been hidden with the bun and other toppings. I ended up throwing it out. The burger had no redeeming qualities.The menu and the restaurant advertise bottomless sides including the French fries, but my party was never offered a refill or even a basket of fries while I waited for my meal. The prices are over-the-top, especially for the quality of food they 're serving. They 're charging at least 20% more than what would be reasonable in this economy.The GOOD:Our appetizer was delicious. It was the BBQ burnt end loaded fries and they were enjoyable. They were light on toppings but at least they were good.The host and our server were friendly and attentive.Wheelchair accessibility: There is limited accessible parking which was full when we arrived because it 's next to the Mall. You want to park near there since that 's where the wheelchair cutout is.
