Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

It costs more than other pizza places, but I had a really great experience. I finally took advantage of a deal they've been texting me about and saved $7 on my order.

I absolutely love their thin crust! All of their pizzas are fantastic. However, a couple of weeks ago, when I went to pick up my order, the place was packed with customers. I found myself waiting at the end of the food line and noticed the workers were standing on a hard floor for long periods, barely moving more than a foot. It was tough to watch them struggle, but I have to commend their dedication as they still managed to get the orders out quickly. I believe that to earn a full 5 stars, all aspects of the experience need to be addressed, and I hope that next time I visit, they at least have anti-fatigue mats for the employees. I definitely give 5 stars to the hardworking staff!

Sometimes it is the small things. I have odd dietary requirements so I naturally asked a few questions. The answers I received were not just accurate but helpful and kind. Even after I thought I had figured everything out the ladies took the extra steps and advised me of the mistake I had made. None of it was a huge stand out moment for me at the time but each small action added up and really ment the world to me. I generally trust Papa Murphy's but this branch showed honest concern and care. We often take if for granted that those in the service industry are just supposed to behave in this way. In fact corporations constantly preach to thier staff that they must always be kind and prompt. Unfortunate as far as honest human experiences are concerned these are not attributes easily faked. I have no doubt this was a perfectly kind human moment and yet still I struggle to find the right words to express how very much it means to me. Thank you so very much. ????????????????????????????

I saw that Papa Murphy's had dairy free options and wanted to give that a try. I was happy to find out that they double checked the other ingredients also didn't have dairy in them. The staff was there was friendly and helpful. The pizza turned out great and tasty.
