Olive Garden Italian - West Valley City

The food was average, but the server who was working on Saturday around 4 was incredibly friendly, efficient, and made my kids laugh despite being very busy. I had a $165 order at Olive Garden. The restaurant should do something special to show their appreciation for him, not just a gift card or free food. Hard work and exceptional customer service like his is rare these days, and it would be a mistake to lose him. They should promote him to General Manager so he can train more employees like him.

The food at Olive Garden was excellent as always, but the service was lacking. Our waitress basically ignored us, making my experience very unpleasant. I'm not sure if it was the time of day or what, but I will not be returning to this location anytime soon. Thankfully, there are other locations to choose from!
