Carl's Jr. - West Valley City

I give this place five stars! The service from Candy was outstanding; she was efficient and handled my order in less than five minutes. The location was also very clean. I highly recommend this restaurant!

I love CJ's! However, when I ordered a Beyond Patty, I was served a bark patty instead. There’s definitely a noticeable difference between the two. Please make sure not to serve bark while trying to pass it off as a plant-based option. The menu does offer some great alternatives, so it's a shame about the mix-up.

Dining experience was generally good. I visit this location regularly and can say that other Carl's Jr. locations tend to do a better job with food quality and preparation (faster service, fresher oil, etc.). It would also be nice if they reopened the playground.

I had my self some Carl's Jr but one of the employees she look like she was Polynesian was rude and told me to leave the store and to just not by food over here again. I have ever seen this kind of customer service in MY LIFETIME I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK EVER AGAIN.

Everyone there was very nice and helpful we got our food out in excellent time and they didn't mess up the order it was perfect
