Black Bear Diner West Valley City

Worst, Black Bear we have been to. we were seated sat there for 15 mins while 5 employees were standing 20 feet away at the food counter. Not one employee came to start our order. We got up and left.

It's really disappointing when you are craving waffles so you come to black bear and they are out of waffles. So you order a wrap and they can't make it because they are out of tortillas. That's happened the last 4 times I have been here. I have not been able to get anything I ordered. If the waffle maker is down I don't understand why it has taken 3 months to get a new one. I really hope it gets better because I have really enjoyed eating here in the past.

Last visit was draper ut store, sat at counter, watched employees realignment breakfast items on plates bare handed, then grabbing items everyone touched, then back to touching pancakes etc, this time went to wvc store, advertised specials, but when order it's 1.49 more!! I'm done going here!! Disaster every visit!!! No matter the store, at least they're consistent!!

I had the bacon cheeseburger salad it was very good!
