Arby's - West Valley City

The sandwich I ordered was assembled messily, with more cheese on the outside than the inside. Despite this, it still tasted good.

The restaurant does not have a sauce selection area and does not accept Google Pay. When I went to the drive-thru, the woman working there told me to come inside because my order was not ready. When I asked why I needed to come in, she rudely told me to stay in the drive-thru and they would bring the order out when it was ready. I was shocked by her attitude and behavior, especially coming from a manager named Julie. I expect professionalism when I spend my hard-earned money at a restaurant. My order was also delayed by 10 minutes, which felt like a punishment. I will never visit this Arby's again and will make sure to tell my friends about my experience. This was my second bad experience at this location, but this one was the worst.

I ordered a small strawberry lemonade as part of my combo and paid about $14. However, my cup was filled mostly with ice and very little lemonade. It was extremely frustrating and felt like a rip off.

This location is run by a bunch of redneck 15 year olds, I was very uncomfortable during my time there. Every time Ive tried door dashing, the food is always old/stale. Especially the later at night you order.

Food was good. The floor is sticky, the tables are filthy. Attitude of staff is very apathetic to the state of their restaurant. The employees are using their personal Bluetooth speakers to playing music so loud that you cannot hear the overhead music.Employees are mopping around the chairs and not cleaning underneath tables. I HIGHLY doubt I?ll ever be eating in-restaurantagain.
