Burger King - West Unity

Got an original chicken sandwich combo from here at about 4pm. I was the only one there. Saw the person scoop fries in the cup immediately following placing the order. I began to wonder how long they might’ve been sitting there before I showed up. Then watched her pull the chicken from a warmer drawer and again wondered when it might’ve been cooked. When they brought up the bag, I sampled a few fries, no surprise, they were near room temperature. I asked how long ago they were made (20 mins) and stated that they weren’t even warm. Blank stare in response, so I ask if it was normal to serve old cold fries? They said they never tried them before so they didn’t know. Should’ve asked for a refund then and there. Proceeded directly to my truck and to the gas pumps at the oasis. Tore into the chicken while fueling up. It wasn’t even warm either and tasted like it was in the warmer drawer for hours. Asked for heavy mayo, there was barely any on it. Threw half the food away. What a disappointment!!! Will never buy food there again

Asked about the toy that's supposed to come with the kids meal and in a rude way the manager said it didn't come with a tot they're out. Tell me that when I first order not after I've already paid. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Fast it was. But the fries were luke warm and burger was cold all the way through. Maybe slightly to fast. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
