Giovanni's Pizza - West Union

I ordered a pizza from West Union and requested extra sauce because we enjoy it a bit messy. However, it arrived without much sauce at all. When I called to address the issue, I was told that on my next visit, they would provide me with an extra side of sauce. I didn’t specifically ask for that, but it seemed I wouldn’t be getting another pizza. I’ve had my orders messed up at West Union before, so I expected better. On a positive note, I always have great experiences with the pizzas and sandwiches from Seaman—they always get my order right.

On Saturday, July 9th, I ordered a 16-inch pizza, a 12-inch cherry bread, and a small lasagna. The pizza was warm, despite my early arrival, but the cheese bread sticks felt more like cheesy crackers because they were so thin and cold. The lasagna was just average. Overall, what should have been a good dining experience turned out to be quite disappointing, and I ended up throwing the food away. I spent $40 and it will be a long time before I return!

Yesterday I went here with my girlfriend and her mother and it was an incredible experience. We dictated and were very satisfied with the service. Our waitress always came back and made sure everything was good. We sure had drinks that the food was good and was very generous. I tried the pizza nuggets and boy, they were so good. In any case, they will be ordered again. Giovanni's is a childhood memory and I've always loved the food. My girlfriend ordered hot ham and cheese and her mother ordered the same thing and a pizza and cheese sticks for all of us to share and everything was made great. I definitely recommend coming here. The price wasn't bad for everything we got. Come on!

We were in a hut and came to town for a pizza. This place was great. The crust is crispy below. Their sauce was not too sweet and they put the right amount on the cake. This place would be good for big parties as there is plenty of space and billiards.

Camping at Shawnee Park and this was in a small town on the way in. Had no real expectations for a small town pizza place but holy cow it was good. Among the best pizza I've ever had from any city.
