Panda Express - West St Paul

If you've been to a Panda before, it's what you'd expect. If you haven't, you must get the orange chicken. It's what they are famous for, what I crave and keep coming back for. Also, skip the fried rice and get the white. The texture is better and I don't feel like the flavor of the fried rice adds much for whatever the extra calories are.

Great tasting food good service.Sometimes they're out of menu items but I always have backup options open. It's never been a big deal and the store is always super busy.Only problem here is I wish the music in store was a little less loud. Kinda hard to order as a softspoken person over blaring Christmas jingles xD

Good food. I give 3 stars as they seemed more concerned about the delivery orders than they were over the line of men who were in the restaurant.

Every time I come here its always some BS going on. Either they don't accept cash or card. They claim they can't give you change on cash. I call bs they have a register full of money. I go to Hudson now on. They always have everything and will give you change back.

The restaurant focuses more on takeout and delivery orders than in-person dining. They were out of several menu items and my order took over 10 minutes to be ready. The cashier seemed overwhelmed and gave me the wrong change.
