Ichiban - West Springfield

I had her sesame chicken and chicken fingers more than once and every time I would have remnants (I am not a big eater) and even though I preheat it, it tastes the same to me. I read all the reviews of the rude lady on the phone, I never had this experience since I never ordered from here personally, my family members have and they have not even complained. Cheap princes and delicious food!

I haven't tried the sushi yet, but the rest is super delicious! Everyone is very friendly there and will your order as you like it. I loved Thai peanut sauce with noodles and I asked them to add a little warmth that made it extra delicious. Your lo mine and chicken fingers are perfect! I highly recommend eating here instead of ANY OTHER Chinese restaurant in West Springfield or Springfield. The best!

The food was good, but the lady who answered was SO RUDE!!!! Let her go or this restaurant won't last long. I wanted to cancel the whole order, but it's the only place near my internship where I can get something to eat. This lady has no manners.

Low prices distract from the food quality. I ordered the Hunan chicken it was marked with peppers for spiciness. What I got tasted more like it was flavored the gravy master and not a flavor I associate with Hunan as it was missing the ginger, garlic, and pepper notes. t
