Big Y - West Springfield

The fish is delicious, but the French fries are terrible! They are so overcooked that they are like eating leather - hardly edible. I only received two tartar sauces for eight pieces of fish, even though I paid extra for more. I have never had such bad fries from Big Y before. What is going on there?

The tuna sandwich was terrible and soggy, lacking flavor. However, everything else at the restaurant was perfect.

Good pie with sausage, beef, pepperoni, meatballs and onions.

The pizza was fantastic. It was not overcooked and had a thin crust with a great sauce - just the way I like my pizza. Props to the chef!

Their clam chowder is one of my favorites.
