Tim Hortons - West Seneca

Stopped by delta sonic, fast and friendly service. the staff is very helpful and happy food: 4/5

Last Tuesday I have a bagel that looked soft and was hard as a rock where he broke my tooth! I had a hard time to get in touch with this place by phone to talk to a manager, I can hardly eat or drink now without having any pain! I am pregnant and this is very frustrating! I don't ask them to honor this thing! commands were all grounded, they could only get a butter bag right. everything else was a complete mess!

I asked for a chicken chauvita roll around 4:23 clock and she said that they are all foods already closed at the bottom because they closed the position at 17:00 clock, that is ridiculous it is more than 30 minutes before the closure and I was on the way to a gym for my son after school much of them began 5:00.

Great place to meet old friends and meet new ones I give this place 8 stars for service and being the cleanest Tim Horton

I knew I shouldn’t have high expectations of a gas station coffee place, even Tim Hortons, but this still let me down. Order was wrong, espresso machine was broken, and the everything bagel is only topped with sesame and poppy. Very uninspired.Even the coffee wasn’t good. So sad, Tim’s is a staple!
